“I love coming to the studio every day! Our clients are from many walks of life and each of these become an important part of the evolution of our design experience and creativity. It is very important that every one of them is dealt with in the same manner we appreciate; with respect and attention to their needs keeping in mind the practicality is as important as the design. From the first meeting when we chat to see if we all wish to work together, have some fun and help create their newest project to the conclusion; we want to make the experience as comfortable as possible for everyone involved. It is also critical that we maintain a flow of communication with our clients to be sure we are addressing details and concerns as we move through the process from beginning to end. In many, many instances, we are the ones who have a good look at the blueprints with our client at the beginning and we are the ones who hang the art at the end. On the other hand, we have hung a simple shade in a home and gone on to do a major renovation for them. It is very important that every inquiry is treated with the same care.
Several of our clients have been with us for multiple projects. It is not uncommon to do a client’s home and have them ask us to do their commercial work.
We have gone from a large studio group to a much smaller format in an intimate courtyard studio in the last few years, so we can be more “hands on” and personally share all that I have learned.
We look forward to sharing our ideas and designs for a long time.”
